Kindly is a gentle habit-building app. These Terms apply to the Kindly iOS app and kindlyhabits.app.

Eligibility

Kindly is intended for users 17 years and older. By using Kindly, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subscriptions and Payments

Kindly offers optional paid subscriptions in the iOS app. Subscription pricing and billing terms are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

• •Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• •You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• •Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Changes to Pricing or Features

We may update pricing, features, or subscription offerings from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App Store listing and, when required, communicated through Apple.

Your Content and Data

Your habits, reflections, and check-ins are stored on your device. Kindly does not collect or store your data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
